COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

These are challenging times. In order to protect staff and clients from the coronavirus, we are limiting visitors to our office as much as possible, by arranging phone conferences, FaceTime, Skype, Zoom and other types of virtual meetings in lieu of in-person meetings whenever possible.

For those clients who need to sign their estate planning documents or absolutely must meet in person, we are staying vigilant and taking necessary precautions, such as washing our hands and using sanitizing wipes frequently and making hand sanitizer available while we can. We ask that clients cancel their in-person appointments if they are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or any other flu-like symptoms, or if they have been in contact with anyone who has been ill. We are reducing the time we are in the office as well but we will be answering telephone calls and emails as soon as possible.

I know that as an estate-planning attorney, these are the very types of situations that motivate clients to deal with their estate plan, and I am here for my clients and will continue to work for them by every means possible.  If you would like to discuss how you can safely plan your estate at this time, please call the office.
